2017 is proving to be a year of exceptional growth for TXM and the Best Practice Network. As a result we are actively looking for new people to join our business as Lean Consultants and Best Practice Network facilitators.
Tim and TXM UK consultants, Tim Scurlock and Lee Candy will be running a series of seven workshops in the south of England. Over 100 small and medium sized manufacturing, distribution and services companies will be represented in the workshops. Meanwhile TXM is continuing its global expansion with a new project in Switzerland and potential new projects in Canada and Brazil.
TXM Managing Director, Tim McLean, will be presenting a full day workshop at the Association for Manufacturing Excellence USA Conference in Boston, Massachusetts on October 9-13. Tim’s workshop will focus on unlocking the secrets of the lean supply chain.
May is shaping up as a bumper month for Best Practice Network with no fewer than six events planned right around Australia. As a member of Best Practice Network you and a colleague can go on any event on the Best Practice Network Calendar in any state.
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Best Practice Network business network in Western Australia.
We already have four confirmed events, the first to be hosted on 14 June by CSR Viridian in Perth.
TXM Managing Director, Tim McLean’s new book, On Time, In Full: Achieving Perfect Delivery with Lean Thinking in Purchasing, Supply Chain and Production Planning is due to be released by leading publishers Productivity Press during April 2017.
TXM Lean Solutions is pleased to be exhibiting at Stand 503 at Austech 2017 in the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre between 9 – 12 May.
2017 promises to be a milestone year for TXM’s business networking venture, Best Practice Network. The network directors in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane already have over 60 events scheduled and national membership is already over 70 major companies.
TXM Lean Solutions were delighted to be selected from over 200 suppliers as finalists for the Innovation Award at the Kmart Supplier of the Year Awards. These were presented at the Zinc Function Centre in Melbourne’s Federation Square last month.
TXM Consulting Director Anthony Clyne will be heading to the UK for two weeks in February 2017. Anthony will be consulting with selected UK customers as well as supporting our growing UK Lean consulting team to apply TXM’s unique approach to implementing Lean thinking.
