Craig Hou Joins TXM as Lean Consultant in China

TXM is pleased to welcome Craig Hou as our latest Lean Consultant in China. Craig has had a ten year career implementing Lean in a wide range of industries including lean leadership roles at ASE, Delphi, Colorcon and Kaelus. Craig is based in our office in Shanghai and will work along Justin Tao and China team to support our fast growing range of customers across China.


Lean for Small and Medium Sized Manufacturers – New Book Out Soon

Over the past decade TXM has worked with more than 100 small and medium sized manufacturers to help them improve their productivity, quality and customer service and to grow their businesses. It was this experience that inspired TXM Principal, Tim McLean, to write his forthcoming book, “Grow Your Factory – Grow Your Profits”. The book is being published in the United States by iconic Lean and Operational Excellence specialist publisher, Productivity Press in the third quarter of 2014.

The TXM Team will be on hand at Food Pro 2014 Stand E35, with consultants that can discuss with visitors how lean manufacturing is incorporated into the daily running of a business to improve operational goals.
